Deletion instructions

Sign in to Bullai Web, open Settings → Account → Delete account, verify the code sent to your account email, and confirm your request.

Timing and cancellation

You have seven days after submission to cancel in Settings. Your account remains usable during this period. After seven days, an admin processes deletion, with a completion target of ten days from submission. We email you when it is complete.

Completed deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Subscriptions

Cancel Apple or Google Play subscriptions separately through the store. Admins check manual Stripe cancellation before deleting your account. Deletion does not automatically refund payments.

Your data

Deletion removes your account, sessions, devices, support records, chat posts, translations, reactions and uploaded files.

Anonymized financial and audit records may remain. Payment providers retain records required by their legal obligations. Deletion-request contact details are removed within 90 days of completion or cancellation. Backup copies expire under the backup policy and must not restore deleted accounts.
