Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of bullai.ai and related apps and communications (the Service), operated by SPHEREMEDIA.AI LTD, Reg. No. HE 495384, Aiolou & Panagioti Diomidou 9, Katholiki, 3020 Limassol, Cyprus. By using the Service you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the No-Refund Policy, the Risk Disclaimer, the Affiliate & Broker Partnership Disclosure and the Acceptable Use Policy, all of which form part of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract.

The Service provides AI-generated trading signals, market commentary, scores, news and educational content, for informational purposes only. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, portfolio manager or money manager anywhere; we are not authorised or regulated by CySEC or any other financial regulator; we never hold, manage or accept client funds; and nothing on the Service is investment advice or a personal recommendation. Registration requires accurate, current information. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Price changes apply from the next renewal after notice. All payments are subject to the No-Refund Policy.

The Service presents partner brokers and, only with your explicit consent, shares your contact details with a named broker so it can contact you. Every listed broker is a paying partner - see the Affiliate & Broker Partnership Disclosure. Any account or trade with a broker is exclusively between you and that broker.

The Service and all content, marks, software, models and data belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute signals or content, or use them to train competing systems.

The Service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that signals or any content are accurate, complete, timely or profitable, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. AI-generated content can be wrong.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, loss of profit or data, or indirect or consequential damage, whether arising from the Service, its content, or any broker relationship. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or EUR 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Service.

We may change the Service or these Terms; material changes will be notified and continued use is acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time; clauses that by nature survive, including intellectual property, liability, indemnity and law, survive termination.

Cyprus law applies, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, except that EU/EEA and UK consumers keep the mandatory protections and home-court rights of their country of residence. Contact: support@bullai.ai.

All sales final. All subscription fees and one-time purchases on bullai.ai are final and non-refundable, in full and in part, including for unused periods, dissatisfaction with signal performance, or trading losses.

Auto-renewals. You are responsible for cancelling before a renewal date; renewals already charged are not refunded. Cancellation stops future charges only.

Statutory exception (EU/EEA and UK consumers). Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for online purchases, which cannot be waived by contract - except that for digital content and services supplied immediately, the right is lost where you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge losing it. Our checkout therefore requires you to tick: I request immediate access and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal. If you do not tick it, access starts after 14 days. Some other countries mandate similar cooling-off periods; where local law grants a non-waivable refund right, that law prevails.

Chargebacks. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to immediate account termination. Billing questions: support@bullai.ai. We respond within 2 business days.

Every broker listed, reviewed, ranked or linked on bullai.ai is a paying commercial partner. We receive compensation - referral fees, per-lead payments, per-deposit payments or flat placement fees - when we feature a broker, when you submit your details to be contacted by one, or when you open and fund an account. This compensation influences which brokers appear, their ranking and their placement on the Service.

A listing is not an endorsement or a recommendation. We do not verify, and take no responsibility for, any broker's execution quality, pricing, conduct, solvency, regulatory status or licensing - verify a broker's licence with its regulator yourself before depositing money. Any account, deposit or trade is exclusively between you and the broker; we are not liable for any loss you incur through a partner broker.

Testimonials, screenshots and performance figures shown on the Service, including percentage gains attributed to users or to our signals, reflect individual, non-typical experiences or model outputs. They are not verified audits, not typical results, and not a promise of what you will achieve. Backtested and hypothetical performance has inherent limitations: it is produced with hindsight, does not reflect real execution, slippage, fees or the psychology of live trading, and frequently overstates achievable returns. Your results will differ and may include the loss of your entire capital.

These rules apply to the bullai community, chatrooms and comments. You may not post spam, advertising or referral links without our written permission; give other users personalised investment advice or portray yourself as a licensed advisor; promote pump-and-dump or other manipulation schemes; impersonate any person, broker or bullai staff; post unlawful, hateful, harassing or infringing content; share other people's personal data; or attempt to move users to off-platform schemes. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts at our discretion, with or without notice. Content you post grants us a licence to display and moderate it on the Service.
